He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann (Henzler); his children, Deanna Guzzi (John), Sandra Teal (Dave) and David Kohley (Pam); and his grandchildren, Jordan, Jackson Guzzi, Cole, Sam Teal, Brandon and Megan Kohley.
