He is survived by: his children, Tara Snodgrass and Kody Manns; his siblings, Phillip, Skid, Finley Manns, Sally Spencer, Linda Murillo, Henrietta Speer, Vickie Manns (Monroe), Karen Peterson and Debbie Kamminga; and his grandchildren, Ashanti and Jayden.
