He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Carol and Charlene Adams (West); and his former wife Dina Kay Adams. He is survived by: his wife Tamela Adams; his daughters, Kimberly Masterson (Quentin) of Chrisney, Mindy West (Tracy) of Richland City and Leah McCain (Trevor) of Charlotte, N. C.; and his grandsons, Luke, Zachary and Elliott. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Koehler Funeral Home (304 E Main St, Boonville, IN 47601). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
