Lackey; her daughters, Nancy Phenis, Debbie Cox and Theresa Jelly; her granddaughter April Clark; and her siblings, Ray, Denver, Drexel, Reed, Bob Simpson, Dorothy Ragan, Vema Simpson, Patricia Alean Aten, Shirley Fountain, Joda Moore, Jamie Culbertson, Brooke Vaughn and Dr. Janet Meckley.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Deborah K. Cox and Anna; her sister Wanda Brooks (Norman); her son Bobbie V. Lackey; her son-in-law Tom Cox; her grandchildren, John A. Lackey (Angie Heitkamp), Lisa Jelly-May (Eddie), Craig Gaskill (Heather), Indie Pierce (Jamie), Sarah Cox, Sean Lackey (Vickie), Stacey Welden (Eric) and Heidi VanHoose; her great grandchildren, Todd McClure, Joseph Halberstadt (Erin), Kayla Bodiker (Collin), John M. Lackey (Karrie), Eddie May II (Andraya), Samantha Lackey (Pedro), Matthew Welden, Austin Lackey, Chloe Gaskill, Alyssa Lackey, Joshua Welden, Lillie Gaskill, Chris Bowling and Leah Bowling; and her great great grandchildren, Robert Bodiker, Maisie Anna McClure, Eddie May III and Collin Bodiker Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
