“My heart goes out to Karen’s children and grandchildren. Her passing will leave a void. Some time has passed and it still weighs heavy on me. She was a very special and rare individual with a magnetic grace. She helped me with my faith when I was a young man, so I know she’s gone on to a better place and will be an angel watching over her family. We shared a dance and giggle when the world was still fresh and new. Memories like that don’t die. Love, jeff”

I was privileged to be intricately involved in her life throughout our high school years…and Duh, to no surprise her life’s dream was to be a nurse. And to no surprise, she was a friend to all throughout these HS years…this is why she was our Homecoming Queen. Karen truly was loved by all.
