He is survived by: his mother Hazel Williams of Richmond, Indiana; his fiancée Debbie Alvis of Richmond, IN; his siblings, John Nolte of Richmond, Indiana and Amie Strothman (Steve) of Hagerstown, Indiana; and his siblings' children, Chuck Yencer Jr. and Janice Brown.
