He was predeceased by: his brother Liam Collins; his grandparents, Rob Birky and Karen Collins; his great-grandparent Nancy Barger; his aunt Lisa Hennings; and his great-aunt Barbara Collins.
He is survived by: his parents, Rayvon Collins and Stacy Birky; his siblings, Andrea Birky, Lamyah Collins and Rayvon Collins Jr.; his grandparents, Gail Birky of Elkhart, IN and Jerry Holt of South Bend, IN; and his great-grandparent Tina Dockery. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
