He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ann Smith of Rising Sun, IN; his parents, Bill Smith of Cincinnati, OH and Myrtle Selbe of Cincinnati, OH; his children, Mitchell Smith of David Smith and Heather VanDirer; and his brother John Smith (Mickey) of Hamilton, OH.
