We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2020, at the age of 82, Earl Holmes (Rising Sun, Indiana), born in Frankfort, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Ellen (Osborn) and Edward Holmes; his daughter Edith Renea Thies; and his sisters, Wynonia Mosier, Beulah Richards, Louise O'Conner and Joyce Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Smith (Jeff) of Germantown, OH, Traci Walston (Joe) of Patriot, IN, David Holmes (Stephanie) of Fairview, IN, Charles Holmes of Rising Sun, IN and Larry Robinson of Rising Sun, IN; his grandchildren, Grace Holmes, Landon, Makenzie Walston, Eugene, Matthew, Adam Combs, Rustyn Thies, Kasey Booker, Whitney Johnston, Brent, William Hudson and Jeri Smith; and his sister Deborah Frazier of Indianapolis, IN.. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Rising Sun American Legion Post 59.
