He is survived by: his children, Tina Mikesell of Rising Sun, IN, Jennifer Clark (Paul) of Rising Sun, IN, Melanie Lewis (Jeff) of Blanchester, OH and Phillip Dunaway (Leah) of Rising Sun, IN; his siblings, Mary Jane Rice of Vevay, IN, Barb Dunaway of Aurora, IN, Annette Miller (James) of Aurora, IN and Donnie Dunaway (Shirley) of Aurora, IN; and his grandchildren, Nicole Rider, Wesley Rider, Jaycen Dunaway, Audrey Lewis and Peyton Lewis.
