She was predeceased by: her parents, Abbie White (Lothridge) and Matthew White; her husband Robert Lee Adams; and her siblings, Mary K. Facemire, Richard "Dick", Bill, Jess, Jimmy Doc, Bobby White, Tommy and Ami Kay.
She is survived by: her children, Christi Berkley (Butch) of Rising Sun, IN, Lana Webb (Bruce) of Rising Sun, IN, Susie Peterson (Dave) of Wisconsin, Terry "Butchie" Adams (Bonita) of Aurora, IN, Tim Adams (Terrie) of Rising Sun, IN and Bobby Adams (Michelle Russell) of Rising Sun, IN; her grandchildren, Matthew Adams, Angel Adams (Brian), Amy Adams, Christopher Berkley (Abbey), Sara Otter (Dustin), Nathan Adams, Taylor Adams (Jared), Allie Adams, Erin Webb (Brandon), Brent Webb, Abbie Collova (Blake) and Nichole Collova; her great grandchildren, Alyssa Adams, C. J. Berkley, Rorey Berkley, Adrian Berkley, Kassidy Lewis and Owen Otter; her great great grandchild Scarlet Adams; her siblings, Wanda Lee Chase of Lawrenceburg, IN and Gerald "Bush" White of Rising Sun, IN; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn White, Dorothy Walton of Rising Sun, IN and Jack Facemire of Gallipolis, OH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
