He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Chapman (Struckman) and Lloyd Thomas Chapman, Sr.; his brother Jerry Chapman; and his grandson Adam Coy Chapman. He is survived by: his spouse Patsey Shaver; his children, Terry Chapman (Beth) of Rising Sun, IN, Gayla Stephenson (Terry), Anita Wilber (John) of Rising Sun, IN and Tamara Grace (Steve) of Rising Sun, IN; and his sisters, Linda Niccum (Garold) of Versailles, IN, Nancy Jones (Bill) of Milan, IN and Rosemary Chapman of Milan, IN. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.
