She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanch Frazier (Tolle) and William Frazier; her husband James Edward Foutty; her siblings, Carl Frazier, Charles Raymond Frazier, Margaret Ester Holder and Catheryn Marie Wallick; her grandson Brandon James Foutty; and her great grandchild Cadence Danae Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Foutty-Scudder (Jim) of Aurora, IN, Terri Foutty-Bailey of Aurora, IN and James Foutty (Angela) of Carrollton, KY; her grandchildren, Jason Foutty (Hillary), Jeremy Foutty (Mandee), Corey Foutty (Kalene Getz), Ian Scudder (Paula), Jimmy Scudder (Jill), Joel Scudder (Kylee), Jamie Kinnett (Kris), Brogan Bailey, Tracy Stutzman, Christy Vuichard (Charles), Alicia Puckett, Chasity Haynes (Jimmy) and Mariah Clark (Andrew); and her sister Juanita Sheldon of Rising Sun, IN.. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
