He is survived by: his wife Judy Kirkpatrick (Walton) of Rising Sun, IN; his children, Janet Heis (Rob) of Rising Sun, IN and Allan Kirkpatrick (Terri) of Rising Sun, IN; his grandchildren, Jacob Heis (Sara), Katie Heis, Elizabeth Heis and Klint Kirkpatrick (Chelsea); and his great grandchild Emily Heis.
