He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth (Cole) and Selbert W. Walston, Sr.; his son Robert Douglas Walston; and his siblings, Timmy, Kenny, Steve, Joe Walston and Melody Walston.
He is survived by: his children, Bethany L. Chapman (Terry) of Rising Sun, IN, Rebecca L. Couch (Timothy) of Scottsburg, IN and David C. Walston of Aurora, IN; his daughter-in-law Myra Walston of Rising Sun, IN; and his siblings, Violet E. Randall of Greendale, IN and William W. Walston of Rising Sun, IN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.
Due to the current situation dealing with COVID-19, we will be following the directives from Governor Holcomb and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention concerning large events and mass gatherings. Visitors are requested to wear masks and maintain social distancing.
