He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherian (Quebman) and William Edward Howard, Sr.; and his sister Pamela Vaden. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Howard of Rising Sun, IN; his daughters, Cynthia Blanton (Anthony) of Brookville, IN, Teresa Mitchell (Mike) of Versailles, IN and Patricia Abbott (Danny) of Rising Sun, IN; and his brothers, Bruce Howard (Sherrie) of Rising Sun, IN, Don Howard (Betty) of Bright, IN and Greg Howard of Rising Sun, IN.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
