He was predeceased by: his parent Comer Bilbrey; and his brothers, Paul and Earl Franks. He is survived by: his mother Irene Bilbrey (Rose) of Roann; and his siblings, Donald Franks (Kathy) of Linton, Indiana and Tamara Rish of Roann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Roann Library, 240 S. Chippewa Street, Roann, Indiana 46974; or to the Emmanuel Free Will Baptist Church, 129 Southwood Drive, Wabash, Indiana 46992.
