He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Zintsmaster and Leota Zintsmaster (Haecker); and his son Douglas Paul Zintsmaster. He is survived by: his family Mercury; his siblings, Thelma Haecker (Ed), Fern Boyer (Lawrence), Lois Swears (Virgil), Mary Behrends (Walter) and Daniel Zintsmaster (Teriko Kajita); his wife E. Joann Zintsmaster (Hively); his children, Sheila Doran (Chris) of Westerville, Alan Zintsmaster (Michele) of Roann and David Zintsmaster (Irish) of North Manchester; and his uncle Daniel. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are to Roann Covered Bridge Association or Stockdale Mill Association.
