He was predeceased by : his parents, George Kramer and Georgianna Burns Seifert; his son Mark Kramer; and his grandson Vince Stovall. He is survived by : his wife Doretta M. Figg Kramer; his daughter Gayle Zumpe (Al) of Indianapolis; his stepson Tony Mishler of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Megan Ross and Marcus Kramer of Indianapolis. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
