He was predeceased by : his parents, Irven Vern Stillwell and Mary Esther Green Stillwell; and his granddaughter Keshia Tate. He is survived by : his wife Alice Marie Rooney Stillwell; his children, Mark Stillwell (Patty) of Rockville and Sherry Coffman (Rusty) of Bloomingdale; his sister Nancy Stillwell of Florida; and his grandchildren, Nicci Mills (Roger) of Rockville and Shannon McDonald (Keegan) of Brazil.
