She was predeceased by : her parents, Cephus Mosley and Ola Mosley (Slone); her husband Charles Napier; her son Stevie Napier; and her siblings, Marie Graber, Lovella Mosley, Alonzo Mosley, Taulby Mosley, Ellis Mosley and LeRoy Mosley.
She is survived by : her children, Brenda Mullett of Rome City, Linda Combs of Rome City, Angela McNeal (Nathan) of Kendallville, Robbie Napier of Rome City and Dougie Mullett of Rome City; her grandchildren, Vicki Smart (Rodney Duvall), Toby Combs, Devin Combs, Ashley Hermann (Brad), Skyler McNeal (Amanda Collins), Zayne McNeal, Sevin McNeal, Hunter Chilcote, Haley Napier (Clayton McConahay) and Stevie Gillespie; and her siblings, Betty Abner of Ligonier, Dorothy Ritchie (Junior) of Rome City, Flossie Davis of Kendallville, Lori Holliday of Rome City and James Mosley (Jackie) of Hindman, Kentucky.. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren.
