He was predeceased by : his parents, Danny Ray and Toni Lynn Fugate (Jordan); and his brother Danny Fugate. He is survived by : his son Cameron Fugate of Wolcottville; and his brothers, Jerry Fugate (Deloris Stidham) of Rome City and Curtis Fugate of Wolcottville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
