As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Russell may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Billene Herald; and his children, Russell Fry Jr. (Teresa), Terry Fry (Melinda) of Logansport, Susan Stanley (Fry) of Westfield, Laura Mayhill (Fry) of Logansport and Kristen Fry of Noblesville. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crooked Creek Christian Church (7032 W Co Rd 325 N, Royal Center, IN 46978).
