With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl F. Woods of Rushville, Indiana, who passed away on February 18, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Woods and Madeline Woods (Barnard); his siblings, Paul Woods, Carroll E. "Butch" Woods and Mona Jo Woods; his niece Carol Woods; and his nephew Scott Woods.

He is survived by : his siblings, David Woods of Rushville, James Woods (Lisa) of Carthage, Caron "Susie" Woods of Rushville and Angie Woods of Rushville; and his nieces and nephews, Crystal, Katie, Mary Ann, Ryan Woods (Sara), Cody Woods, Jake, Luke, James R. Woods (Shannon) and Finley.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Rushville Animal Shelter.
