With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles E. Palmer of Rushville, Indiana, who passed away on January 11, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Harold Palmer and Nellie Katherine Palmer (Woods); and his siblings, Roselynn, Janet, Ruby, Mary and Bill.

He is survived by : his siblings, Kathy Linville (Palmer) and Richard Palmer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations can be made to the Rushville Animal Shelter 650 VanSickle St. Rushville, IN 46173.
