He is survived by : his daughter Tammy Mayse (Jim Clines) of Rushville; his grandchildren, Tyler Sharp (Emily) of Rushville and Samantha Amburgy (Josh) of Greensburg, IN; his great grandchildren, Shianne, Lillian and Elliott Sharp; his half-brother Alan Moore (Danita) of Mooresville, IN; his sisters, Mary Lou Herbert and Wilma Mayse; and his half-siblings, Joann Sturgil and Chuck Mayse.
