Neal (Pam) of Rush County and Deborah Neal (Baker) of Rushville; his wife Shana Gibson of Rushville; his daughters, Alexus McGuire of Rushville and Jaima Neal of Rushville; and his sister Jessica Meyer (David) of Rushville.
