He is survived by : his children, Travis Frazier of Rushville, Mike Frazier of Greensburg and Candy Sue Frazier of Lebanon, OH.; his sister Diana Daugherty (Edward) of Rushville; and his grandchildren, Alex, Gabriel, Katalyn, Emma Frazier, Keshia Spear (Jordan), Courtney Nichols, Mackenzie Howard, Brendon, Jaxon, Jenna Spear, Zach Nichols and Allison Miller.
