He is survived by : his parents, John Fulwider and Ruth Ann Fulwider; his children, Dakota Fulwider and Josie Fulwider; his sister Cynthia Fulwider; and his friend Kimberly Mangus. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
