He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Dukes and Drama Dukes; his sister Marsha Fouts; his brother-in-law David Johnston; and his nephews, Seth Johnston, Jeremiah Rosselot and Isaac Dukes.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his sons, Steven Dukes (Veronica), Michael Dukes (Laura) and Aaron Dukes; his siblings, Linda Johnston, Darrell Dukes (Chauntelle) and David Dukes (Lori); and his grandchildren, Cody Pearcy, Dylan Dukes and Thomas Dukes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
