He is survived by: his father James McGowen; his wife Mary McGowen of Kokomo, IN; his children, Michael (Angie McGowen) of Frankfort, IN, Duane (Lisa McGowen) of Junction City, KS, John "Johnny" (Elsa Mckee) of Fishers, IN and Kimberly Johnson (Carlito Cortez) of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Samuel McGowen, Devin McGowen, Skyler McGowen, Michael McGowen, Steven (Alexis McGowen), Durius Johnson, Diego Mckee, Christopher Mckee, Miranda Johnson, S'ade McGowen and Hannah McGowen; his great grandchildren, Titus McGowen, Jayce Ford, Jianna Thomas, Ella Mckee, Aubree McGowen, Alayah McGowen and Kinlee McGowen; his brother James "Billy" (Barb McGowen) of Greentown, IN; and his brothers-in-law, Steve (Kay Mckee) of Kokomo, IN, Fred (Mary Mckee) of Kokomo, IN and Tim Mckee of Richvalley, IN. He is also survived by niece that was like a daughter, Debbie Day; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
