She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Fowler and Mary Wyatt Fowler; her husband William Jackson; her stepparents, Bonnie Fowler and Clarence McCauley; and her sons-in-law, Richard Skinner and Robert Kelsheimer.

She is survived by : her children, Bill Jackson (Jackie) of St. Bernice, Joann Beard (Donnie) of Klondyke, Mary Kelsheimer of St. Bernice, Ray Jackson (Shelley) of St. Bernice, Eunice Chaney (Tom) of Chrisman, IL, Sheri Skinner of Sullivan and Cathy Milam (Tom) of Fairview; her brother Roy Fowler of Florida; and her sister-in-law Blanche Gilbert of Blanford. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, the American Diabetes Association, or the Clinton Assembly of God Church.
