He was predeceased by: his mother Martha; and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Corinne Moore; his children, Andy (Brenda), Jimmy and Patrick (Lori); his grandchildren, Madison, Devyn, Drew, Brooklyn and Bryce; his father Sherman E. (Mary); his brothers, Jeff (Penny) and Joel (Joanne); and his siblings-in-law, Sandy, Sidney Morice and Al Voss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations to Harbor Light Hospice would be appreciated.
