She is survived by: her husband Larry Richard Wells of Salem; her daughters, LouAnn Hopkins (Wayne) of Hardingsburg and Ginger Breeden of Paoli; her grandchildren, Vincent Hopkins of Salem, Jasmine Snyder (Chris) of Louisville, Jacob Hopkins of Austin and Trey Breeden of Paoli; her great grandchildren, Bentley Hopkins-Bowman, Wyatt Hopkins, Harper Berry, Bo Breeden and Berkley Breeden; and her siblings, Wayne Brewer, Fred Brewer, Gloria Francis and Pam Miller.
