He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wesley Tullis and Mary Nell Tullis (Hawes); and his brother Gary Tullis. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Tullis (McKillip) of Salem; his sons, Aaron Tullis (Shannon) of Salem, Joshua Tullis of Salem and Nathan Tullis of Salem; and his siblings, Steven Tullis (Alice) of Tennessee and Rhonda Russell (Charles) of Colorado. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
