She was predeceased by: her parents, Murphy Booker and Sharon Schwinger Booker; her daughter Tami Jo Durbin; and her sibling's children, Melissa Carbaugh and Ryan Abbott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Taylor Blakey (Kullan) of Salem and Tara Brewer of Salem; her siblings, Shannon Booker (Sonja) of Hardinsburg, Sherry Booker of Salem, Donna Carbaugh of Salem and Tammy Shanks of Salem; and her grandchildren, Kace Blakey, Eliana Brewer and Noah Blakey.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for help with funeral expenses.
