He was predeceased by: his parents, Thad Crandall and Cloie Jones Crandall; his daughter Vickie Pennington; and his siblings, Elmo Crandall, Joseph Crandall, Edward Crandall, Dean Crandall, Georgie Levelle, Kathlene Martin, Dorothy Rexroat, Mary Jo Ponder and Betty Kaufman.
He is survived by: his close friend Vickie Manship; his children, Tim Crandall (Jenny) of Pekin, Rob Crandall (Jackie) of Salem, Tracy Baynes and Kristy Sanders (Brad Philpott) of Salem; his former wife Carolyn Crandall; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
