He was predeceased by : his mother Sandra Kay Schuppert (LaDuke). He is survived by : his father Gerald Schuppert; his daughter Shawna Schuppert; his fiancée Lisa R. Jewell; and his stepchildren, Jesse Jewell and Sonya Matheny.
