She is survived by: her parents, Tony Ray Grigsby and Tammy Su Yawn (Bailey); her daughter Emma Nicole Howard; her siblings, Sidney Wireman (Michael), Austin Rowe, Faith Rowe, Travis Rowe, Skylar Heintz, Hunter Lovely and Kane Combs; and her grandparents, Emma and Larry Gilbert.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to her sister, Sidney Wireman for the benefit of Nikki's daughter Emma.
