He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Mierzwa, Mark Mierzwa (Julie), Phillip Mierzwa (Michelle) and Keith Mierzwa (Erin); his grandchildren, Melissa (Tim), Elizabeth (Chris), Joseph (Mariah), Rachel, Renee, Emma, Olivia, Claire, Ella and Kyler; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Riley, Amelia and Xander.
