He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Montella; his children, Susan O'Brien and Dr. Bruce Montella (Sherry); and his grandchildren, Dr. Thomas O'Brien, Heather O'Brien, Ruthie Montella, Caroline Montella, James Montella and Anna Grace Montella. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
