She is survived by: her husband David Permenter; her children, Daniel Campos, Lilliana, Daniella, Isaac and Delilah; her parents, Kimberly Carter of Whiting, IN and Mark Southall of Chicago, IL.; her sibling Kennedy Carter of Whiting, IN; and her nieces and nephews, Kayden and Jaylen.
