With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Slampyak of Schererville, Indiana, who passed away on October 11, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew; her parents, Joseph and Beulah; and her sister Patricia. She is survived by: her daughter Kristine; her grandchildren, Jesse and Mackenzie; and her sister Carol.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Humane Indiana.
