She was predeceased by: her husband Louis; her parents, Reverend George Everett and Oma Wood (Grimm); and her siblings, Edwin, Kenneth, Lillian, Nellie, Naomi, Jane and Wilma.
She is survived by: her children, Sondra Kester, Pam Simpson (Roger), Eddie Kester and Brenda Stratman; her grandchildren, Jason (Emma), Erin, Emily, Joshua, Manda (Jake) and Brooks (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Angelica, Brandon, Kaitlin, Chloe, Trent and Gavin; and her niece Diane Guthrie. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
