He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean and Betty; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Cross (Travis) and Mary Chandler; his grandchildren, Kayla, Hunter, Trevor Cross and Dallas Chandler; his great grandchild Jace Zamazal; and his siblings, Neal (Terri), Mark, David (Amy), Carol Belshaw (James), Peggy Crocker (Jim), Crista Stavros (Kenny) and Lori Beier.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to The National Kidney Foundation.
