He was predeceased by: his wife Georgene. He is survived by: his children, Duane (Betty), Cheryl Verbick (Tom), Rhonda Setlik (Tom) and Michael (Kim); his grandchildren, Tyler (Caitlin), Devin, Cole, Casey, Travis, Dolan and Peyton; his great grandchild Savannah; and his siblings, Donald (Ann), Karen Henke (Jeff) and Donna Young. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
