She is survived by : her sons, Kerrick Andrew Leslie (Emma) of North Carolina and Kyler Andrew Leslie of Seymour, Indiana; her siblings, Michael Thomas of Seymour, Francis Burke (Lynn) of North Vernon, Matt Burke (Sheena) of Seymour, Indiana and Lori Brown (Kevin) of Austin, Indiana; and her fiancé Todd Burgess of Scottsburg, Indiana. She is also survived by one grandson; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
