She was predeceased by: her parents, Farris Feltner and Oda Napier Feltner. She is survived by: her children, Robert Dale Richey Jr. (Lisa) of Scottsburg, Carolyn Applegate (Tim) of Scottsburg and Linda Davis of Jeffersonville, Indiana.; her husband Robert Dale Richey Sr.; and her granddaughter Kayla Applegate.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to a charity of choice in her honor.
