Betty Sue Mosier Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Sue Mosier (Scottsburg, Indiana), who passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Surber and Olive Surber (Hardy); her husband Richard Mosier; her son Mark A. Mosier; her great grandchild Payton Ward; and her daughter-in-law Joyce Mosier.
She is survived by: her caregiver Aide; her children, Richard L. "Rick" Mosier, Michael L. Mosier (Tammy) and Deborah L. Jett (Kenny); her sister Janice Fletcher; her grandchildren, Matthew Mosier, Neil Mosier (Brittany), Dwayne Bratcher (Tesla), Travis Jett (Casey), Amanda Gallion (Rob), Stacy Kiefer (Jody), Tracy Hatter (Jake), Stephanie Mosier (Loren), Kasee Hobbs (Cody) and Kari Lizdo (Anel); and her great grandchildren, Shaelyn, Makenzie, Briley, Kory, Avery, Reagan, Emma, Ty, Dawson, Rhett, Baker, Kade, Olivia, Tristian, Kaden, Cayden, Chloe, Brendan, Mariah and Cierra.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Collins Funeral Home (465 W McClain Ave, Scottsburg, IN 47170). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made in Betty's memory to Ride for a Cure in c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
