She was predeceased by : her parents, John Andrew "Jack" Berrisford and Geraldine Iola Obrien Berrisford; her husband Thomas Terrell; and her siblings, George Paul Berrisford (Bud) and Beverly Jean Dalton.
She is survived by : her children, Steven Westley Terrell (Linda) of Scottsburg, Jacqueline Ann Bennett (Mark) and Kelly Rae O'Sullivan (Andy) of Scottsburg; and her caregivers, Shela Shelton, Krystal Bell, Tara Delane, Amber Westover, Jessica Richey and Kelley Johnson. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and one nephew.
